No. Ceylon Gems London operates on an enquiry-first model. You may browse our catalogue online and submit an enquiry or book a private viewing to purchase.
Are prices shown on the website?
Most gemstones are priced on request. Where a public price is displayed, it is indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry.
Do you provide laboratory reports?
Many important stones are accompanied by reports from recognised laboratories such as Gübelin, SSEF, GIA, or Lotus. Report details are listed on each product page where available.
Can I visit your London office without an appointment?
Visits are by appointment only, so we can ensure a gemmologist is available and your gemstones of interest are prepared for viewing. Same-week appointments are often available.
Do you disclose treatments and enhancements?
Yes. We disclose known treatments including heat enhancement where applicable. Unheated stones are described as such based on supplier representation and/or laboratory report.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping and hand delivery can be arranged for confirmed purchases. Terms, insurance, and customs responsibilities are agreed individually following enquiry.
Can trade and designer clients register?
Yes. Trade clients may enquire to discuss terms, parcel viewing, and ongoing sourcing support. Please indicate your trade status when submitting an enquiry.
